The
MS18 is a specialty loudspeaker designed for output in the 35 to 140Hz
range. While technically a subwoofer, it is best considered as a
compact, versatile, bass reinforcement loudspeaker. The unit features a
600-watt RMS 18-inch woofer mounted in an easy-to-handle cube-format
enclosure. The top surface of the MS18 contains three cast-aluminum pole
cups. These pole cups allow support for a number of MacPherson
loudspeaker products. The Monolith Version 2’s Intermast system is directly
compatible, as are other pole-mounted loudspeakers such as the M2B
Version 2 and M2X Version 2.
